Reservation Information

Reservations: You may book online or call to reserve your room. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-800-233-1234 to book your room via phone. Please identify yourself as a guest attending AHSIE’s Annual Best Practices conference when calling to access the discounted rate. Rooms are limited, attendees are encouraged to book as early as possible.

Conference Rate: $199 before taxes & fees 

*Please note rooms are selling quickly at the hotel. We have added a new room block that offers rooms at a rate of $209 plus taxes and fees (updated 1/6/2024)

Availability: The discounted rates for the AHSIE conference are on a first-come, first serve basis.

Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, be sure to cancel no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel.
