Breakfast will be served on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings, with lunch provided on Monday and Tuesday. During the Sunday cocktail hour, attendees will receive one drink ticket; however, food will not be available at this event. On Monday evening, the Networking Reception will feature a cash bar along with a variety of assorted appetizers.

Weather will be in the mid to high 40’s in March. We recommend bringing layers for winter weather. Expect winds!

We recommend business casual attire for the event. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes, as there may be some walking or standing involved.

The pre-conference institutes can be purchased alongside a full conference registration here. There is limited availability for theses session so please register in advance.

Yes. You can get a refund for the difference between your non-member and member registrations if you are currently registered as a non-member and later become a member. The current membership plan runs from October 1st, 2024 to September 30th, 2025. Please email mkasa@designingevents.com for more information.

We have carefully considered a variety of dietary restrictions when selecting items for the buffets. All dishes will be labeled. If you find that there is nothing on the buffet that accommodates your specific needs, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

AHSIE is expanding its support this year to uplift Latinx/a/o/e small business creators by hosting the "Mercado" taking place in the meeting space during special hours on March 10-11. Vendors will have tables selling varieties of unique goods.

There will be yoga on Tuesday morning from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM at the hotel. You will need to pre-register for this, and we will be providing mats for all participants. Yoga registration will be released closer to the meeting, and will be first-come, first-serve based on availability.

Yes, we will have a nursing mother's room for you to use in the conference center.

We're thrilled to have you join us at the conference! Don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. Networking is one of the biggest benefits of attending. We highly recommend first-time attendees sign up to attend the First Time Attendee Networking breakfast taking place 30 minutes prior to the regular breakfast start time on Monday morning, at 7:30 AM. First time attendees will be group with other new attendees, and a “liaison” who can show the group the ropes and answer any questions you may have!
